Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I have an amazing recipe to share, Walkers Salted Caramel & Chocolate Chunk Shortbread Bread Pudding. This recipe captures the warmth and spectacular flavor of salted caramel perfect to share with both friends and family. This ooey-gooey bread pudding uses my favorite brand of cookies, Walkers Shortbread. Walkers is a family-owned and operated business for over 121 years. Walkers’ cookies are all made and baked in Scotland using wholesome ingredients. Walkers has a variety of different types of products which can be found worldwide. These delicate butter cookies are the perfect addition to any recipe. For those of you who don’t know, bread pudding is a dessert that was formally made to use up stale or old bread. Throughout the years, the bread pudding has revolutionized and become popular in many households. The dish is made using cubes of bread and is then mixed into an egg, milk mixture to create a custard type texture when baked. The bread becomes this delightfully spongy texture. Bread pudding has been known to be prepared with all different flavors like fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, and my personal favorite caramel. I like to describe this decadent dish as an elevated French toast perfect for all times of the day. I love baking recipes that I believe can be enjoyed among all. This recipe I created is simple to prepare and absolutely delicious. If you make this recipe I would love to see your photos! DM your finished product to @lets.eat.li on Instagram! Ingredients:
