Let's face it, January is all about New Years Resolutions but we all have our cravings that make it that much harder to stick to our resolutions. Luckily, Walkers Shortbread released a new gluten free cookie both satisfying a sweet tooth while being gluten free. Using these cookies, I have created a recipe for Gluten Free Oat & Cranberry Cookie Truffles that I can not wait to share with you! My inspiration for this recipe was cereal treats, but what's better than cereal? Cookies!! I was so excited to find out that Walkers Shortbread- A Scotland based cookie company, perfecting family recipes since 1896 using only the highest quality ingredients, with no artificial colors, flavorings, or preservatives- made a new Gluten Free Oat & Cranberry Cookie. These cookies taste and smell amazing. From the minute you open the package you can smell the sweet cookies that will make you want to eat them all, so maybe buy a few extra boxes of cookies so you have enough to both eat and make truffles with! These truffles are so simple to make yet impressive. Only 4 ingredients and voilà truffles perfect for any event. The Gluten Free Oat & Cranberry Cookie Truffles are easily customizable just swap the white chocolate for colored candy melts and your set for any baby shower, holiday party, or birthday celebration. This treat can certainly be made in advance. Stores the truffles in the fridge and they're ready to go! They're so delicious, so share with friends or eat them all yourself- nobody's judging!!
