You had me at brunch. Brunch has become increasingly popular over the years and I am so happy about it. The shed in Huntington, NY has amazing brunch and they just started serving brunch every day again. The shed is not your average spot it has brunch, lunch, and dinner options and has both coffee beverages and alcohol for those of age. They have great friendly staff and fantastic food. I highly recommend the Brioche French Toast, it’s my favorite dish here. It is thick pieces of melt in your mouth french toast served with fresh bananas, brown sugar, and a sprinkling of powdered sugar. It is also served with this maple syrup that is so so good. Personally, I don’t like maple syrup but this one omits the articulation maple flavor. It’s a thin, barely sticky sauce with this delicious flavor that pairs so well with the french toast. They also have amazing egg omelets and egg sandwiches. We can’t forget about their delicious pancakes and waffles also! Additionally, the mac and cheese looks incredible and is on my list to try. They’re also highly known for their chicken and waffles. There are so many great options for kids and adults. If you’re looking for a new spot to eat this will definitely be a hit by all members or your party.
